Quotes and approvals

Submitting a request does not create an order. We will review the idea and reply with pricing, timing, and any questions. Custom print work begins only after the quote and project details are confirmed.

Custom work

Custom prints may have small variations in color, texture, layer lines, dimensions, and finish. Functional parts should be reviewed for fit and use case before relying on them for safety-critical applications.

Cancellations and refunds

Requests can usually be changed or canceled before print work begins. Once a custom print has started, cancellations or refunds may be limited because material and machine time have already been committed.

Shipping and pickup

Pickup, local delivery, or shipping options are confirmed during the quote process. Timing estimates are not guarantees, especially for custom work, material delays, or revision requests.
